Live embroidery is a service we at Loopy Hoop offer where we essential show up with materials, machine, and all the goods to give you a one-of-a-kind experience of custom threads on the spot. Having a wedding, work party, business event? We can bring the party with this service!

Since we are a small business with a regular machine, we request simple materials to be embroidered at live events. What do we suggest? Anything from bandanas, totes, pouches, socks, keychains, beanies, towels, etc...
No big clothing items as of the moment!

Yes! We do charge a small travel fee since moving embroidery equipment and having a team to assist is not light work. This travel fee varies mostly on location. We do NOT charge you, the party host, for materials brought to the event. Those are provided by us and are paid for on site by those purchasing. Reach out for further information on your event's possible fees. Please keep in mind, a deposit is taken as well in case of cancellations!

All of our live embroidery event designs, fonts, thread colors, and general menu options are discussed prior to ANY event and will not be changed once decided upon. These menu options are digitized beforehand and preloaded onto our machine (other than names which will be done on the spot.) What little designs can we do? We request that if you want any little design icon options that they are simple in nature. If you have questions on these parameters, inquire below!
